The requested services will support the Air Force Research Lab’s IT enterprise in their mission to enable collaboration between various labs and sites including partner (contractor and academic institution) sites. **Description of the Requirement:** The objective is to acquire a full range of IT services to support the Research and Development and operational missions of AFRL. At a minimum, IT services will consist of the following: Customer Support, Application and Web Development, Planning, Network Implementation, Systems Integration, Systems Administration, Systems Support, Communication Support, Network Multimedia Devices, Asset Management, Meeting Support and Scheduling, Cybersecurity Management, Data Analysis and Integration, and Platform Support and Software Development. The contractor shall provide personnel with the necessary licenses, certifications, training, experience levels, and security clearances that are required, including Federal, State, and local laws and regulations including the requirements to satisfy DOD Directive 8140.01 (or future policies that may supersede DoDD 8140.01). Fulfilling CyberSecurity (IA) certification program continuing education requirements is the responsibility of the contractor. Contractor positions under this effort, as identified in DoDD 8140.01 shall all be at Information Assurance Technical (IAT) level II.
