## Description

UPDATE 17 DEC 2024 This updated constitutes Government notification that the HEDORA Call 03 is cancelled due to a change in the Government requirement. HEDORA (Call 03) is being solicited from the Kaiju Broad Agency Announcement (BAA) (FA8650-22-S-1004) This announcement is a 2-step solicitation, first requesting White Papers.

**Please Note:** Due to the Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI) nature of AFRL/RY Research and Development (R&D) Technical Requirements, vendors MUST have an active entity registration (cage) and active DD2345 in order to receive any detailed technical information (SOO). Requests to obtain the SOO associated with this solicitation, shall go through the Technical POCs listed within both Attachment 1 & Call 03 Solicitation. Please include a courtesy copy to the Contracting POCs.
