THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR QUOTE (RFQ). THE GOVERNMENT WILL NOT PAY FOR ANY COSTS ASSOCIATED WITH RESPONDING TO THIS PRESOLICITATION SYNOPSIS. The Government intends solicit and award the subject requirement to the Lockheed Martin Corporation, CAGE: 64059, on a sole source basis. Lockheed Martin is the OEM of the F-15 IRST Pods.

**Anticipated Solicitation Date:** 04/30/2025 All responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation, which shall be considered by the agency. Please see the attachment below for more detail.
