CAPABILITY GAP These must be capable of passing Curser on Target (CoT) data, TAK data CoT Protocol Buffers (ProtoBuff) and video between SOCOM Classified networks and Unclass / Partner force networks. The system must be ATO/ATC for connection to SOFTNET Secret domains and all fielded radios for USFOR to include COTS radios typically allocated to partner force Trellisware (TW 950).
