## Description

This Sources Sought Synopsis (SSS)/Request for Information (RFI) is issued for informational purposes and market research only; it does not constitute a solicitation. The Government will not reimburse any company or individual for any expenses associated with preparing/submitting information in response to this posting. The information provided may be used by the Government in developing its acquisition strategy, statement of work/statement of objectives, and/or performance specifications.

Interested parties are responsible for adequately marking proprietary or competition sensitive information contained within their response as instructed later in this posting.

The United States (US) Air Force Life Cycle Management Center (AFLCMC), Intelligence, Surveillance and Reconnaissance & Special Operations Forces (ISR & SOF) Directorate, Special Warfare (SW) Program Office (AFLCMC/WISN) is conducting market research to identify potential performance support applications to enhance user proficiency and operational effectiveness with the WARHAWK software and associated equipment.

The WARHAWK software is a critical component for TACP users, and maximizing its capabilities requires readily accessible and comprehensive user support.

This RFI aims to explore available solutions that can provide users with on-demand access to critical information covering a wide range of topics, including: Hardware overview, Setup/Assembly procedures, Operational guidance, Configuration settings, Preventative Maintenance Checks and Services (PMCS), Troubleshooting methodologies, Safety precautions, Icon definitions, and Acronym explanations.

The desired application will serve as a central resource to assist users in effectively operating and maintaining the WARHAWK software, ultimately improving performance, reducing downtime, and ensuring safe operation. The information gathered through this RFI will be used to inform future acquisition strategies and ensure the selection of a solution that best meets the needs of WARHAWK users.
