The Government intends to award a sole source contract to TTM Technologies, Inc (TTM) in support of the Extended Control Audio Panels (EXCAPS) B-52 Modernization Program. (AFLCMC/WBD) proposes to award, by means of other than full and open competition, a sole source contract to TTM to provide modification to the existing EXCAPS. TTM is the only owner of the original unit's data and rights to the tool for removal. The authority permitting other than full and open competition is 10 UCS ยง 2304(c)(1), implemented as follows: FAR 6.302-1 "Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements." Anticipated Award Date: September 2025 Please note, this is not a request for competitive proposals. However, all interested parties who believe they can meet the requirements are invited to submit in writing complete information describing their ability to provide the export in the timeframe listed above. The Government does not intend to award a contract on the basis of this notice or to otherwise pay for the information solicited.
