A determination by the Government not to open requirement to competition based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received as a result of this notice of intent will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. All responses should be received no later than 4:00 PM EST, 24 April 2025.
