## Description

22 AUG 2025 AMENDMENT - Response date extended to 5 September 2025. This Request for Information (RFI) is intended to gather information for the Department of the Air Force (DAF) Battle Network’s Advanced Battle Management System (ABMS) Cloud Based Command and Control Plus (CBC2+) objectives.

This RFI captures the need for a voice & radio communications software application that supports rapid integration and management of internal and external voice and radio communications, can scale to support the larger enterprise, and operate at multiple classification and releasability levels in both a cloud and edge environment.

The optimal communications suite would allow operators to pass and receive real-time, time sensitive information and be able to withstand denied, degraded, intermittent and low bandwidth situations. The technology would grant operators access to external communications through a unified communications interface and seamless integration of voice and radio communications, including various radio systems and communication platforms.
