Scope of Work: This contract provides enterprise-level software engineering, artificial intelligence integration, and operational sustainment services to support the re-engineering of the AFMC Logistics Information Technology (LogIT) portfolio into a data-driven, agile architecture.

Place of Performance: Primary on-site government facilities: Wright-Patterson Air Force Base, OH 45433, Authorized off-site contractor facilities (Alexandria, VA and secondary locations).

Statutory Authority: Commercial Solutions Opening (CSO) conducted pursuant to 10 U.S.C. § 3458 and R-DFARS Subpart 212.70.

Competition Results: This contract was awarded under competitive procedures via the Chief Digital and Artificial Intelligence Office (CDAO) Tradewind Solutions Marketplace (TSM) under the competitive umbrella solicitation. This competitive solution was received, peer-evaluated by subject matter experts against technical merit and innovation standards, assessed as awardable, and selected to fulfill the agency’s requirement.
