## Description

The solicitation numbered FA860425QB004 incorporates the provisions and clauses of the FAR and applicable FAR supplements in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) FAC 2025-04. Please reference this solicitation number in the subject line of responses to this RFQ.

**THIS REQUIREMENT IS FOR THE FOLLOWING:**

Telephonics TruLink Portable Transceiver (TPT) - AIR; see the attached Bill of Materials for specific requirement specifications. All items in this solicitation are subject to the Trade Agreements Act (TAA) restrictions contained within DFARS 252.225-7021. This solicitation is not a guarantee that an order will be placed, and the Government reserves the right, without penalty, to cancel or amend it at any time.
