Request that respondents complete and return a capabilities statement described below to identify firms who possess the capability to provide the above product for Wright Patterson Air Force Base (WPAFB) Ohio. Prospective Sources should also include their corresponding Unique Entity ID (UEI) and Commercial and Government Entity (CAGE) Codes.
