## Description

The AFLCMC Operational Contracting Branch, Wright-Patterson AFB, Ohio, is seeking capabilities packages of potential sources. This sources sought is published for market research purposes only, to identify potential sources capable of delivering an Automatic License Plate Recognition (ALPR) camera system to Wright Patterson AFB Ohio. The Government is seeking capabilities packages from all potential sources.

Firms that respond shall review the attached instructions and technical requirements and submit responses that: Specify that offered products meet the specifications provided below; and Provide detailed information to show clear technical compliance. THIS SOURCES SOUGHT IS FOR MARKET RESEARCH PURPOSES ONLY. THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS/QUOTES. The 88th Security Forces squadron has a requirement for an Automatic License Plate Recognition (ALPR) Camera system.

This is a requirement to support the 88 SFS ongoing mission to provide security to Wright-Patterson Air Force Base. The requirement consists of 7 camera locations of law enforcment grade powered by solar power and having LTE connectivity. After award Contractor will coordinate with the SFS Point of Contact to conduct and complete a development plan (site survey).

Contractor will coordinate with the SFS Point of Contact to complete inspection of installation area prior to service (operating system/platform connectivity) starting. On-site training is required. The contractor shall deliver and install ALPR cameras, hardware, software, and associated equipment within 90 days of contract award. See attached Statement of Work (SOW) for futher requirements. Clarifications needed by contractor: Will the proposed system have the ability to integrate with other brands of surveillance equipment and other license plate readers, or will the system only be able to integrate with other equipment of the same brand?
