The Air Force Petroleium Agency's Aerospace Fuels Laboratory at Vandenberg Space Force Base (AFPET/PTPLE) is in need of one (1) Automatic Particle Counter (APC) system with an option to purchase three (3) additional units. The equipment will be used to determine particulate matter concentration in hydraulic and coolant fluid products and testing per ASTM D7619 or IP 577 to determine fuels cleanliness in aviation turbine or diesel fuels.
