Purpose: The 78th Air Base Wing, Robins AFB, GA, is seeking to identify interested and capable vendors for security work at Thomas Hall, located at Middle Georgia State University, 100 University Boulevard, Warner Robins, GA 31093. Work is expected to fall under NAICS: 238990 and PSC: Z2AA, for the installation, integration, and configuration of an IP-based intrusion alarm system with Common Access Card (CAC) access points for employees. 2. Draft SOW: A draft Statement of Work (SOW) is provided for industry review. Vendors are encouraged to submit capability information and recommend improvements or clarifications to the SOW. 3.
