## Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR subpart 12.6 and FAR Part 13 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This requirement is being solicited as a Sole Source, Brand Name requirement. This item must be Astrodyne TDI brand. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation being issued. The Contractor shall provide twelve (12) AstrodyneTDI 4kW Electronic Load, P/N: XBL-400-600-4000-AIR in accordance with the attached Equipment List.
