## Description

The Government has awarded a requirement for Contractor Logistics Support (CLS) to support sustainment of the AN/TSQ-214 (VlA), Joint Air Defense System Integrator (JADSI) program. The resultant 60-month single-award Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity type contract.

The Government has awarded this contract on a sole source basis under the authority of 10 U.S.C 3204(a)(l) "the property or services needed by the agency are available from only one responsible source or only from a limited number of responsible sources and no other type of property or services will satisfy the needs of the agency."
