## Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested, and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation is being conducted under Simplified Acquisition Procedures (SAP) as a Request for Quote (RFQ) No. FA857126Q00190001.

This requirement is being solicited as a Brand Name requirement for Read-Out Support Equipment (ROSE) - CD software license, serial #002042303, and #002042304, part #17TES0321.
