## Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This acquisition is being conducted as a sole source procurement pursuant to FAR 13.106-1(b)(1)(i), based on the determination that only one source is reasonably available due to unique capabilities, proprietary product, compatibility requirements.
