## Description

The Contractor shall provide all the materials, labor, and supplies to supply Spatial Analyzer Ulimate Software Maintenance to the thirteen licenses listed in 1.2 to the 402d Commodies Maintenance Group (CMXG) at Robins Air Force Base (AFB), Georgia.

Spatial Analyzer Ultimate software maintenance agreement shall include all Spatial Analyzer releases, updates, and new features to include technical support, innovate software upgrades, priority response to error reports, direct bug fix updates, new hardware interfaces, user-suggested updates.
