## Description

The contractor shall supply labor and management for support for Warner Robins, Air Logistics Complex, Robins Air Force Base, GA. The Business Plan Material Control & Reduction Support manpower services to be included are as follows:

Three (3) Business System Analyst, Full-time Employee (FTE), Government equivalent to GS-0301-12, at 1872 hours per FTE. For additional details, please refernce the attached Performance Work Statement (PWS). Solicitation FA857125Q0003 is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for a commercial service to solicit to only current, FAR Subpart 19.8 - Contracting with the Small Business Administration (The 8(a) Program), sources.

The requirement will be procured using FAR Part 12 and FAR Part 13 procedures under NAICS 561110, Size Standard: $12.5M. As such, all applicable FAR clauses will be included on the contract document for review prior to final agreement.
