## Description

This contract action was not awarded competitively as it was authorized under DFARS 206.303-1(b) and DFARS 219.808-1(a), permitting sole-source awards to 8(a) firms. The contract is firm-fixed-price and was awarded directly to Goldbelt Security LLC. This decision was based on the commercial and non-complex nature of the FOM Shelter, which reduces risk to the government while meeting minimum requirements.
