## Description

This is a single source, commercial purchase from the OEM, Rad Source Technologies, Inc. The Contractor shall provide all labor, tools, materials, parts, equipment, travel, and delivery as necessary to provide the quantity two (2) each Safety Door Opener (PN: CO-10257) for the existing X-Ray chamber door upgrades for X-Ray shielding doors which shall include any associated custom fabrication/parts, installation (mechanical/ electrical), radiation survey report, operational training, accessories, and FOB destination shipping.

These door openers will be utilized to upgrade the existing X-Ray chambers two motorized door drives which will improve safety standards in the Nondestructive Inspection (NDI) X-Ray enclosures (T.O.33B-1 series) in accordance with 1020.40 - CFR - Title 21 --located the NDI Lab in building 323 in support of the 402nd Commodities Maintenance Group (CMXG) at Robins AFB. All items shall be manufactured and performed by the original equipment manufacturer (OEM), Rad Source Technologies, Inc. See PD dated 25 MAR 2024 for additional details.
