## Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products or commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. This is a commercial, sole source purchase that will be awarded to the OEM, TA INSTRUMENTS - WATERS L.L.C. This is a commercial, sole source purchase for a supply with incidental services. The Contractor shall provide all the materials, parts, travel, tools, labor, installation and training necessary in regards to a Dynamic Mechanical Analyzer to the Maintenance Support Group (MXSG) at Robins Air Force Base (AFB), Georgia.
