Included in this documentation should be: 1) A narrative statement from your company on how you can successfully cover your financial responsibilities if awarded this contract action. Your narrative should be able to explain how your company can carry that debt during and up to completion of contract. 2) Any substantiating documentation that you feel would bolster your position. Examples of substantiating documentation can be found at DFARS 232.072-2. A pre-award survey will be requested through DCMA via email to determine financial capability as a part of the government's evaluation of proposals.
