This acquisition was designated as a competitive total small business set-aside and awarded on 20 December 2024 with an award effective date of 27 December 2024. The Government awarded a Single Award Requirements Type Contract for this non-commercial effort. The pricing arrangement includes Firm Fixed-Price (FFP) and Cost Reimbursement - No Fee (CRNF) contract line items for scheduled and unscheduled depot level repair on the TH-1H helicopters located at Cairns Army Airfield. The period of performance (PoP) will consist of one 12-month base year period with seven 12-month option year periods. This contract also includes FAR 52.217-8 for an additional 6 months of service for a total maximum period of performance of 8 years and 6 months. The contract was awarded to Arista Aviation Services, LLC.
