## Description

Post-Award Synopsis CARA {AN/APN-232 COMBINED ALTITUDE RADAR ALTIMETER (CARA) SUB-ASSEMBLIES AND SIGNAL DATA CONVERTER (SDC)} Integrated Procurement Technologies, Vandalia, Ohio, has been awarded a $22,763,707.20 Requirements Indefinite Delivery Contract for sustainment of the AN/APN-232 Combined Altitude Radar Altimeter (CARA) Sub-Assemblies and Signal Data Converter (SDC).

This contract provides for sustainment and repairs for the Combined Altitude Radar Altimeter (CARA) system is installed on multiple platforms; and the Signal Data Converter (SDC) is a component of the Combined Altitude Radar Altimeter (CARA) system. This contract is a Firm Fixed Price Requirements type acquisition, awarded under the authority of FAR 6.302-1 & 10 USC 3204(a)(1), Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements.

Work will be performed in Melbourne, Florida, and is expected to be completed by 4 March 2029. The contract Period of Performance shall not exceed 60 months, base and all OPTIONS if exercised, from date of contract award, 5 March 2024. No money will be obligated at the time of award. Air Force Sustainment Center, Robins AFB, Georgia, is the contracting activity (FA8539-24-D-0002).
