The repair of the ADCP/ DMS is performed as a Direct Sales Partnership Agreement (DSPA) with the Government (WR-ALC/EMXG), supporting requirements generated for the Air Force Sustainment Center (AFSC), 638th Supply Chain Management Group (SCMG), 409th Supply Chain Management Squadron (SCMS)/GUMCA. The contract will be a one-year (12-month) Definitive Contract. The proposed contract action is for services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with Other Than Full and Open procedures in accordance with FAR Part 6.302. The Government does not own any production level technical data in support of this requirement.
