## Description

This engineering service is to perform an engineering assessment on the F-15E Flight Control Computer (FCC), National Stock Number (NSN):

**6615-01-352-7003, Part Number (PN):** 478500-09-01. The engineering assessment will result in an Engineering Evaluation Report (EER) that will identify the level of effort for an obsolescence refresh that results in a F3I asset of the F-15E FCC (NSN 6615-01-352-7003). The EER will outline the technical details of the refresh, discuss obsolescence, provide issues/risks, and provide an official quote for the F3I asset. The official quote for the F-15E FCC F3I Refresh will include a breakdown of cost elements that includes but is not limited to:

Engineering Support, Prototype Fabrication, Technical Data, Testing, Develop & Design Prototype, & Travel along with the expected Period of Performance. This will be a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) requirements effort with the award of a Twelve-Month (one year) Standalone Contract. This effort is sole source to BAE Systems Controls Inc. (CAGE: 89954). Authority for this requirement is 10 USC 3204(a)(1) as implemented by FAR 6.302-1, Only One or a Limited Number of Responsible Sources, and No Other Supplies or Services will Satisfy Agency Requirement.
