## Description

This RFI is a follow-up to the Halvorsen Industry Day held on 12 February 2025. The Government is conducting market research to identify potential sources that possess the expertise, capabilities, and experience to meet qualification requirements to sustain the Halvorsen 25K Aircraft Cargo Loader in four output-oriented areas: Pipeline/Material Management, Sustaining Engineering, Repair, and Overhaul.
