The Committee for Purchase From People Who Are Blind or Severely Disabled has the sole authority to determine the fair market price and conducts an administrative review of the final negotiated price for approval. This procurement was conducted in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 8, as the required supplies are on the Procurement List maintained by the Committee for Purchase From People Who Are Blind or Severely Disabled. This makes the Ability One Program a mandatory Government source.
