AF DCGS is the lead Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance (ISR) System used by intelligence agencies world-wide. Allowing system upgrades enables the DCGS enterprise network to maintain a high level of Operations Tempo and a high security posture. The main objective of this contracting effort is the Development, Modernization, Integration, Fielding, Cyber Security and Sustainment activities required to meet AF DCGS Operational Requirements Document (ORD) requirements to maintain compliance with the Command, Control, Communications, Computers, Intelligence, Surveillance and Reconnaissance (C4ISR) Architecture Framework, and the Joint Technical Architecture guidance to the maximum extent possible. Other DCGS ground and air elements will be supported as directed. Rough order of Magnitude for this project is $100M-$500M. Responses to the Capability Survey Part I and Part II must be received no later than 4 PM EST 20 December , 2024. Please ensure data is in a readable electronic format that can be received through a firewall. Attachments shall not to exceed 10 MB per email. Multiple emails are acceptable.
