## Description

*Small Business Set-Aside* The C-17 Program Management Office has a requirement that is for a firm-fixed price contract for one (1) NSN:

**1730-01-326-9729, Adapter, Handling, Ram Air Turbine, P/N:** 17G450215-1, which includes one Frist Article, one Frist Article Test Plan, and one First Article Test Report. The C-17 aircraft is equipped with a Ram Air Turbine / Hydraulic Pump (RAT) which, when deployed in flight, supplies emergency hydraulic power to the aircraft. The RAT, P/N 752149, weighs approximately 75 pounds and is installed at a specific location and angle on the aircraft.

During organizational and depot levels of maintenance, it may be determined that the RAT must be removed from the aircraft for repair. A means is required to support and secure the RAT to the loading trailer during removal from or installation on the aircraft. The means must also support the RAT during storage. Delivery is FOB Destination with shipments in the continental United States. This requirement will be solicited as a Small Business Set-Aside.

All responsible sources may submit a quotation which shall be considered by the agency. The Government will utilize the Past Performance Information Retrieval System (PPIRS), Excluded Parties List System (EPLS), and other Government databases to determine contractor status before evaluating proposals. Proposals will be evaluated based on the criteria stated in the RFQ. All data for this system is considered EXPORT CONTROLLED.
