## Description

The C-17 Program Management Office has a requirement that is for a firm-fixed price contract for NSN: 4920-01-304-4952, Test Adapter, Oxygen Analyzer, P/N 17G490007-1 , which includes one First Article, one First Article Test Plan, and one First Article Test Report. The Oxygen Analyzer will be used to measure the oxygen concentration in the Nitrogen Enriched Air (NEA) supplied by an on-board inert gas generating system (OBIGGS) in the C-17’s fuel cavities.

Delivery is FOB Destination with shipments in the continental United States. This requirement will be solicited as a 100% SB set-aside. All responsible sources may submit a quotation which shall be considered by the agency. The Government will utilize the Past Performance Information Retrieval System (PPIRS), Excluded Parties List System (EPLS), and other Government databases to determine contractor status before evaluating proposals. Proposals will be evaluated based on the criteria stated in the RFQ.

All data for this weapon system is considered EXPORT CONTROLLED. If you desire to obtain a copy of the RFP, your emailed request must be submitted to jonathon.vanbrunt@us.af.mil and alexander.ko.1@us.af.mil . It is anticipated that the RFP will be released on or around 8 March 2024. Notice to offerors: Funds are not presently available for this effort. No award will be made under this solicitation until funds are available.

The Government reserves the right to cancel this solicitation either before or after the closing date. In the event the Government cancels this solicitation, the Government has no obligation to reimburse an offer for any costs.
