All Documents have been updated as of 29 January 2026. Amd001: The purpose of this amendment is to update ATCH_9_SectionL-InstructionsForOfferors, and dates for routine deliveries. Routine Delivery is as follows:

**Swashplate and Support Assembly (NSN:**

**1615-01-018-3484):** 120 calendar days after receipt of funded delivery order or repairable assets, whichever is later. Early Delivery is acceptable.

**Scissors and Sleeve Assembly (NSN:**

**1615-00-204-6973):** 120 calendar days after receipt of funded delivery order or repairable assets, whichever is later. Early Delivery is acceptable.

**Main Rotor Mast Assembly (NSN:**

**1615-00-255-2896):** 150 calendar days after receipt of funded delivery order or repairable assets, whichever is later. Early Delivery is acceptable.

**Tail Rotor Hub Assembly (NSN:**

**1615-00-254-2174):** 90 calendar days after receipt of funded delivery order or repairable assets, whichever is later. Early Delivery is acceptable. Due to these changes, the close date of this combined synopsis/solicitation is now 19 December 2025 at 3:00 p.m. EST. Amd002: The proposal due date is hereby changed as follows:
