It defines workflow, repair turnaround times, quality control, configuration control, and data item submittals. The objective of this effort is to award a contract which results in the Contractor providing accurate and timely repair of quality products, timely and accurate data deliverables, as well as notification pertaining to any support problems, and delivery schedule problems.
