Also excluded are specialized test equipment peculiar to another technology: that is, weapons, air munitions, nuclear components, missile components, which require skills or knowledge of the particular technology, to accomplish repair and are therefore included in those respective technologies. System Technology is required to support JCS taskings. Additionally, organic repair is required to alleviate a shortfall in identified technology based on FY09 Bien nial Core Computation. Capability shall be established. Technical competence shall be maintained.
