This Sources Sought (SS) will be used to identify potential sources that may possess the expertise, capabilities, and experience to meet qualification requirements to perform the C-130H LAIRCM Block 30 upgrade. The information within this notice is based on current information available to date. This information is subject to change and is not binding to the Government. Any updated information will be provided in future announcements and posted electronically to this notice or related notice.

This is NOT a Request for Proposal (or solicitation) or an indication that a contractual commitment will exist for this requirement. The Government does not intend to award a contract on the basis of this market research.
