The contractor shall provide an Airfield Management Site Manager between the hours of 0730- 1630, Monday through Friday. IAW DAFFARS 5305.04 FOREIGN PARTICIPATION AT THE PRIME CONTRACTOR LEVEL IS NOT PERMITTED AT THIS TIME.
