This justification is based on the due to meeting the Government’s requirement without unacceptable operational, schedule, and transition risk for the short duration of the bridge. The long-term sustainment strategy for the Cerberus Value Stream relies on transitioning these capabilities to a fully competitive follow-on contract. The Government is currently structuring the follow-on acquisition as a full-and-open competitive award. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 541511 and the Size Standard is $34M. Period of Performance: Base option of 6 months from date of award, with one, 6 month option. The Government intends to make an award by 10 November 2026. This is not a request for competitive proposals and no solicitation is available.
