The Government intends to make an award by 9 June 2025 on a sole source basis, a firm-fixed price contract to Secure Headset Group , Cage Code 9J7F3. The proposed contract action is for the purchase of 300 STARKEY SM610 ELITE BINAURAL with USB & Cisco Phone adapters. The STARKEY SM610 is the only HNC Security and HNC-TO Cybersecurity approved model for unclassified use in the Sensitive Compartmented Information Facilitys (SCIFS). The headset must be bought direct from the manufacturer and not through a third party vendor. Vendors would buy it from the manufacturer to re-sell it; this step increases risk by presenting an opportunity for tampering in the supply chain. No detailed technical data is available from the government. If a firm believes it can meet the Government’s requirements, it may identify its interest and capability to the Contract Specialist no later than 27 May 2025. Any interested source is invited to submit a written qualification package for review and approval for the purchase of these items. Such approval must be received prior to contract award.
