This information will be reported in writing to the Procurement Contracting Officer (PCO)/ Defense Contract Management Agency (DCMA) Administrative Contracting Officer (ACO) and, if necessary, approval to repair will be negotiated. If no further repair is required, the asset must be returned in serviceable like new condition. 1. 1. 1.
