## Description

SYNOPSIS - US Air Force intends to award a single-award IDIQ contract for up to 415 each F-16 Wide Angle Conventional (WAC) Heads Up Displays (HUDs) for the F-16 Blk 40/42 Weapons System.

**IAW FAR 5.207(c):**

**1. NSN:** 1270-01-575-6660.

2. The item has elements that are proprietary. No substitutions are authorized.

3. ElbitAmerica, LLC. If a third-party believes that they can provide the item, evidence must be submitted showing that they are authorized to provide the items by the original equipment manufacturer or that an agreement is in place to do so.

NA 15. The intended awardee is ElbitAmerica, LLC. Elbit is the OEM for NSN 1270-01-575-6660 and no substitutions or variations will satisfy the agency requirements. 16. All responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation, which shall be considered by the agency. The agency is willing to entertain involvement from foreign sources. 17-19.
