The media blast booth will be housed within a fully enclosed Pre-Engineered Metal Building (PEMB) that also provides a separated maintenance support operations area (MX Ops Area). The entire facility shall be constructed on a currently unimproved site. All requirements are identified in the attached documents. The period of performance of the contract is anticipated to begin on or before 31 August 2026 with required completion by 20 December 2027. All responsible sources may submit a proposal , which will be considered by the agency.
