Selection of awardee will include comparative analysis in accordance with FAR 13.106-2, Evaluation of Quotations and Offers, giving value to: price; meeting specifications in product description; and performance. Any exceptions to the Product Purchase Description MMRT Air Trailer, must be identified in quote and noted in the Compliance Matrix. All proposals need to include Attachment 1 Compliance Matrix filled out indicating if proposal meets specifications.
