All-inclusive pricing that covers shipping, taxes, fees, and other associated costs is required. The Contractor shall provide new turnkey marking systems, including all accessories, documentation, delivery, installation, configuration, training, and acceptance testing. The attached SOW identifies a technology, component, feature, or brand name, and it shall be interpreted as “or equivalent.” Offerors shall clearly identify any proposed alternatives and demonstrate equivalency in their sources sought response.
