This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Offers are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number FA8217-26-R-B005 is issued as a request for proposal (RFP) for a Firm-Fixed Price (FFP) and Time & Materials (T&M) contract for engineering services to complete comprehensive structural analyses and non-destructive inspections (NDI) of four AN/FPS-117 Radar towers across Alaska. This is a Sole-Source effort to Espiritu Design LLC. Espiritu currently owns the technical drawings of the FPS-117 Radar towers which are required to complete these analyses. Since the Government does not own these drawings, they cannot be provided to the public in a full and open competition.
