The Government requires comprehensive Contractor Logistics Support (CLS) services to maintain and sustain the AN/FPS-117 Long Range Radar System across 27 operational sites in Alaska, Canada, and Hawaii, as well as the Engineering Facility (EFAC) at Hill AFB, Utah. Services include Program Management, Engineering Support, Depot and Field Level Maintenance, Repairs, Hardware and Software Procurement, Diminishing Manufacturing Sources and Material Shortages (DMSMS) Management, Hardware and Software Modifications (Technical Refreshes), Emergency Services, Travel, and Shipping. Task/Delivery Orders will specify specific quantities, locations, and periods of performances. The Government acknowledges that Lockheed Martin (LMC), the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM), asserts restricted rights to certain components and assemblies of the AN/FPS-117 radar.
