## Description

This requirement is for the repair of pallets currently located at Raytheon Technologies (RTX) and their shipment to a predetermined location. RTX is a secure facility and access to the pallet location is not allowed unless permitted by RTX. RTX has indicated they have a shipping department and the capabilites to handle the repair and shippment themselves and are not looking to subcontract with a 3rd party.

Because access to the facility is restricted, and RTX has demonstrated capabilities on site, the United States Government (USG) intents to award this action as a sole source Firm Fixed Price contract. In order to be considered qualified for tis requirement, all proposals will need to demonstrate that they have access to the RTX facilities. A J&A is attached showing justifcation under FAR 6.302-1. Referenced attached documents will be made available upon request if reasonably needed. See attached for RFP
