**Place of Contract Performance:** To be determined upon contract award All responsible sources may submit a proposal which shall be considered by the agency. Notice to foreign owned firms: Prospective Offerors are advised that foreign participation is permitted at the prime contractor level. **Description:** This acquisition is to establish a firm-fixed price (FFP) contract. The United States Government (USG) intends to procure Thermal Batteries for use in USAF AGM-86 Air Launched Cruise Missiles. (25ALCM - Cruise Missiles LCHN).
