**Place of Contract Performance:** To be determined upon contract award All responsible sources may submit a proposal which shall be considered by the agency. **Description:** This acquisition is to establish a firm-fixed price (FFP) contract. The United States Government (USG) intends to procure Expanding Tube Release System (ETRS) Rings for use in USAF AGM-86 Air Launched Cruise Missiles. The USG reserves the right to not issue a solicitation in response to this Synopsis. Interested parties with questions may reach out to the Primary Contracting Officer as listed below.
